Refunds are subject to incomplete services, accounting error or other issues relating to the services but not including technical errors or dissatisfaction of the Users. If User purchases any services through this website at the recommendations of the LetsComply, then only LetsComply shall be liable to refund the amount paid for such services, in any other case LetsComply is not responsible for refunding the amount. User may get amount refund when there is any delay of services provided on behalf of LetsComply if it is beyond the intimated time to the User. Refund may be paid to the User only in case, LetsComply is solely responsible. In any of these events, kindly mail us at email@example.com for refund. The clarification will be provided to you with regard to refund the charges paid by you for professional services. The senior management of the LetsComply shall decide request on refund; they reserve the right to take a final decision on refund.
It is to be noted that, LetsComply is neither liable nor responsible to refund the amount for any delay caused due to the technical failures, internet disruptions, hacking, piracy, riot, network connectivity, war, the act of God and/ or any other force majeure etc.
Subject to the terms and conditions agreed herein, professional fees paid for the services shall only be refunded. When LetsComply confirms the request of refund, User needs to provide certain details required to refund the amount which may include such as bank account number, IFSC code, branch name etc. Please note that it may take a minimum of 10 working days from the receipt of such information from the User.
