Sale Deed is a document executed by the Parties after finalising the sale deal. When one of the parties agrees to purchase the property and the other party agrees to sell, and a party agree to pay the entire amount for the said property, then the sale deed is executed. Sale deeds should be drafted carefully. A person who drafts the sale deed must know all the legal principles which need to be incorporated at the time of drafting. Sale deed protects the interests of both the buyer and seller.
Sale deed is also called as a “conveyance deed”. This document provides all the details of the property and the amount paid for such property. It is compulsory to get registration of sale deed, immediately after execution.
